Delete Your Account

You can delete your Game Night Tracker account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data.

Option 1: Delete it yourself (fastest)

This works in the Android app or on the website — you don't need to reinstall anything.

1. Sign in at gamenighttracker.com (or open the app).
2. Tap your profile circle in the top right to open My profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account, tap Delete my account…, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete forever.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Can't sign in?

Email qbushk@yahoo.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and confirm by reply, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login and email address
• Your profile and display name
• Your membership in every group
• Any group where you were the only member, including all of that group's games and stats
• The link between you and any feedback you've sent (the feedback text itself may be kept, with your name removed)

What is kept

• Games you played in groups that still have other members. Removing them would erase other people's game history and stats. They're kept, but no longer linked to you: your name in them is replaced with "Deleted player".
• Names other people typed in as text (for example, if a friend added you to a game as a guest). Those aren't connected to your account.
• Routine backups. Deleted data may remain in database backups for up to 30 days before they expire.

If you're the only admin of a group that has other members, another member is made an admin so the group keeps working.
